THE BEGINNING

We started brewing kombucha in our kitchen in 2013. We used glass gum ball jars we found at Target and the pilot light of the oven, nothing fancy but they worked. We tried every tea and juice that caught our eye trying to find the perfect recipe. We found it! So we shared it! First with our friends, then they shared with their friend and the circle became bigger. We no longer use glass jars, instead we expanded into a commercial kitchen with bigger equipment . Our goal is to continue to expand while maintaining the same quality.
